Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, grated (or use riced cauliflower)
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 10 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk for low-carb)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp paprika
- Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (plus extra for garnish)
- Hot sauce, for serving
Directions
Step 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grate cauliflower on a box grater (or use pre-riced) and spread evenly in a large greased baking dish.
Step 2. Now cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat, cook your bacon until gets crispy (might take 8 minutes). Transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
Step 3 Whisk the eggs in a large bowl, whisk together with eggs, milk, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
Step 4. Layer cauloiflower with chedder cheese, bacon and green onions. Now pour egg mixture evenly on top.
Step 5. Now bake it on oven 35-40 Mintes, until eggs are set and top is golden.
Step 6. It’s Time to Serve with some green onions and dash of hot sauce.
