With today’s recipes, you don’t have to give them while eating low-carb. These KETO Pancakes with almond flour and cream cheese are light, fluffy, and perfectly golden.

Other Keto pancakes that taste overly eggy, this recipe uses almond flour for a more classic texture and a hint of lemon zest for brightness.

This is very easy to make and comes with high quality protein which is super important when you want to lose weight

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond flour (or coconut flour for variation)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Butter, for frying and serving

  1. Take a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cream cheese, eggs, and lemon zest until smooth.
  2. Heat the non-stick skillet over medium-low, and melt 1 tbsp butter.
  3. Pour ~3 tbsp batter from each pancake. Cook for 2 mins per side, until it gets golden.
  4. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, and serve it with butter or sugar-free syrup
