Crispy Baked Cottage Cheese Chips

This is one of those recipes that feels strange until you try it. Just cottage cheese baked into thin, crispy bites. It’s simple, high in protein, and actually works. Not exactly like chips, but close enough to kill the craving without effort.
Why you’ll love this recipe
- ● High-protein snack that actually feels satisfying, not empty.
- ● Nutrient-dense beans combine with anti-inflammatory herbs for a gut-healthy salad.
- ● You can tweak the flavor easily with simple seasonings..
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd works best)
- A pinch of salt or your choice of seasoning
Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
Scoop small portions of cottage cheese onto the tray, leaving space between each since they spread while baking.
Step 3
Lightly sprinkle salt or any seasoning you like on top.
Step 4
Bake for around 20–25 minutes until they turn golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them near the end.
Step 5
Let them cool on the tray for a few minutes so they firm up, then remove and serve.
