Ingredients

For the Donuts:

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup keto sweetener (like Swerve)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

For the Glaze:

  • 1½ cups keto powdered sweetener
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Quick Directions

  • First, start by heating your oven to 350°F. Grease donut pan well, including centers.
  • Take a bowl, whisk almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  • Take another bowl, whisk butter, cream, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.
  • Fill donut molds ¾ full. Now bake them 15 mins until they get golden and edges pull away/ Cool Fully.
  • Shift the powered sweetener and cocoa. Add water, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  • Flip donuts onto a rack. Pour glaze over. Let’s set 10 mins.
