Ingredients
For the Donuts:
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup keto sweetener (like Swerve)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
For the Glaze:
- 1½ cups keto powdered sweetener
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Quick Directions
- First, start by heating your oven to 350°F. Grease donut pan well, including centers.
- Take a bowl, whisk almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- Take another bowl, whisk butter, cream, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.
- Fill donut molds ¾ full. Now bake them 15 mins until they get golden and edges pull away/ Cool Fully.
- Shift the powered sweetener and cocoa. Add water, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Flip donuts onto a rack. Pour glaze over. Let’s set 10 mins.
